Returns & Exchanges

If you're not happy with your purchase, we want to make it right. You can return or exchange your item at our store for up to 30 days after purchase.* We can handle a return at Texasgoldconnection.com but exchanges must be done at our store.

    • Jewelry must be in original condition with no alterations. Ring sizing is excluded as a condition.
    • Watches must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange. All packaging, instructions and warranties, as applicable, must be included with the return or exchange of a watch.
    • Returns or exchanges not allowed on customized jewelry, special order watches, and engraved items.
    • Cash refunds are issued to original purchaser with original sales receipt.
    • Cash refunds over $200 are made by check issued from our store.
    • Charge credits are issued to original purchaser on the account to which the item was charged.
    • Gift returns with receipt can only be exchanged or converted to a gift card.

              Preparing Your Return By Mail

              To return a shipped item, please follow these steps:

              Be sure to include all original packaging. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $250 replacement cost.

              Insure Your Package
              Refer to your invoice. If the price of the item you're returning is listed as:

              • Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.*
              • More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total retail value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.* (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)

              * Texas Gold Connection will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
