At Texas Gold Connection, all of your jewelry repair work is done on-site, by our one of our master jewelers.
With almost 40 years of experience repairing and restoring all types of jewelry, you can feel confident that your heirloom jewelry will be repaired quickly and with expert craftsmanship.
We combine old world skill, with the latest tools, including laser welding technology, to repair virtually any type of jewelry. This means your jewelry will never have leave our shop, and is typically done within 3-5 business days of drop off, depending on our work load.
Our Guarantee
We guarantee our watch batteries for a minimum of 1 year. If during that period of time the watch battery was to “die” we will replace the battery at no charge and the guarantee continues for the 1 year date from the initial battery installation. A new battery includes a new rubber gasket for the back.
The lifetime battery is just that, we guarantee the battery for the life of the watch. The only exception is if the watch itself is defective and that causes the watch to not run well and it also prematurely kills the battery, the guarantee is then void.
When installing a battery we use a felt tip pen and write in the back inside case a “1” for 1 year, “3” for 3 years, or “L” for lifetime and the date of installation.
