Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to make it right.
Below you will find our in store and online return guidelines, extended holiday return dates, and instructions for returning your order by mail.
Extended holiday returns
Orders shipped between November 15 and December 15 may be returned through January 15. This gives you extra time for holiday gifting and exchanges.
Standard return and exchange policy
You can return or exchange your item at our store for up to 30 days after purchase.* Returns for online orders can be handled through Texasgoldconnection.com, while exchanges must be completed in store.
- Jewelry must be in original condition with no alterations. Ring sizing is excluded as a condition.
- Watches must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange.
- All packaging, instructions, and warranties, as applicable, must be included with the return or exchange of a watch.
- Returns or exchanges are not allowed on customized jewelry, special order watches, and engraved items.
- Cash refunds are issued to the original purchaser with the original sales receipt.
- Cash refunds over 200 dollars are made by check issued from our store.
- Charge credits are issued to the original purchaser on the account to which the item was charged.
- Gift returns with receipt can only be exchanged or converted to a gift card.
Preparing your return by mail
If you prefer to ship your item back to us, please follow the steps below for a safe and secure return.
1. Package your return
You may ship your item back to Texas Gold Connection at the following address:

Be sure to include all original packaging. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the 250 dollar replacement cost.
2. Insure your package
Refer to your invoice. If the price of the item you are returning is listed as:
- Less than 500 dollars: You can ship it using any carrier. Ship your item fully insured and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.*
- More than 500 dollars: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail, insured for the total retail value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.* FedEx and UPS will not insure merchandise over 500 dollars.
